Step
1: Determin your server type
We're
currently using two types of web hosting control panels. How
you configure and use your account will depend on which server
your site is located on. Our older servers are Sun
Cobalts. You can determin if your site is hosted
on a Colbalt server by trying to log into your control panel
at "www.<yourdomain.com>/login". If you get
a login prompt, this means your site is on a Cobalt server.
Refer to the Cobalt instructions below to work with your account.
If
you get a "page cannot be found" error when trying
to log into the control panel, your site is hosted on one
of our new Ensim servers. The Ensim servers
have a Help area built into their control panels and we strongly
encourage you to review it. There are step by step instructions
for doing almost everything. You can log into the Ensim control
panel by visiting "www.<yourdomain.com>/admin".
